Our 3 year old son was one of the first to be enrolled in the kinder program for 2005. The kinder teacher is very creative and is always looking for exciting opportunities to offer all the children.

By having a toddler and a kindergarten aged child at the centre, I have observed teaching programs tailored to each child’s strengths and needs, based on their age, which incorporates the children’s interests to motivate their learning. I have been accustomed to being greeted by friendly staff who encourage my children to use their imaginations and participate in numerous activities.
The 4 year old kindergarten program has exceeded all expectations. Shae Heron is a wonderful kindergarten teacher with infinite ideas. The kindergarten children have weekly cooking classes and participate in projects such as making African huts, puppet shows and paper mache. Shae actively encourages all children to participate in activities. Daily reading of books such as The Chronicles of Narnia and Charlottes Web during rest periods promotes childrens’ imaginations and discussions. My four year old can confidently write her name and those of other children in her class.
The food presented to children at the centre is cooked on the premises, is highly nutritious and exceeds expectation. Fruit smoothies and lasagnas are a favourite!
